How to request deletion, and what has to be kept.

Request deletion at app.easyflow360.com/delete-account. That page explains exactly what is removed and what is kept.

Some records cannot be deleted on request — paid invoices and signed documents are financial and legal records the business has to keep. Everything that is not in that category goes.
