Upload a document
Send a file to the business and know it arrived.
- Open Documents.
- Select Upload and choose the file, or take a photo in the app.
The business is notified straight away, and the file also appears in your conversation with them, so you can both see it was received.
PDFs and photos work best. Files can be up to 25 MB — if yours is larger, a photo of each page is usually easier than one big scan.
