Your invitation
How you get an account, and what to do if the email never arrived.
You do not sign up on your own. The business you work with invites you by email, and that invitation is what creates your account.
- Open the invitation email and select the link inside it.
- Choose a password.
- That is it — you are signed in. The same email and password work in the mobile app.
No invitation? Check your spam folder first, then ask the business to send it again — they can resend it at any time.
